Getting lazier and have a quick dosing question

I have a quick one here , I was just curious if I can mix my weekly Magnesium dose in my auto topoff water which contains sodium bicarbonate? Seems like it would be just fine but not sure how the two react in fresh water mixed together. There's a very small amount of sodium bicarbonate only 1 tsp in 1 3/4 gallons of water.

Nope. You'll precipitate magnesium hydroxide.
