Yes, that just seeds the tank, it won't "instant cycle you" thats just marketing, It will speed up the cycle though

Well, people were telling me that a freshwater aquarium would be a better idea because there easier, so instead heres my 22 gal fw aquarium stocked with
2 jerman blue rams
6 neon tetras
7 sterbai cory catfish
1 siamese algae eater.
