Getting ready to just live rock are these parameters good??

So finally going to start my tank and put the live rock in. I just mixed ro/did water all night. Here are the reading I got. Ignore the TDS it is actually at 0 but I have a calcium/Alkalinity cartridge which raises TDS.
I noticed my ORP is a little low....going to look but since I'm talking about it what is the best/easiest way to raise it?

Is that BLEC600 an inexpensive pen for water testing? Is it somehow calibrated? Do you have a refractometer or salinity meter that can be calibrated to verify that the pen gives yo the correct salinity reading? Do you know if temp is accurate? OI know TDS is an invalid reading once the salt mix is added, but what is a "Calcium/Alkalinity" Cartridge?

I ask these questions because I once almost killed a tank using less than accurate equipment.

Yes I have a refractometer and see 1.027-1.028 ish. Temp is not accurate it is at 77 f

Ignore ORP. There are sooooo many things that cause it to change that it can't be relied on to provide any useful insight to what is going on in the tank.

Better. Looks like the meter on your pen is close to the same reading. 35.8 ppt might convert to about the readings you're getting from the refractometer at 77 F. Salinity is possibly a little high but not a show stopper. Make sure your refractometer is calibrated with a calibration solution, not just RODI water.
