getting ready to recycle tank again

I am getting ready to recycle my tank again. I hope to have everything sterilized and put back in the tank by Friday. my question here is do I need to fill the whole tank with saltwater. which I have always done in the past or can I just fill it up to above where the rocks end in the tank?

You do not need to fill completely. Just enough to cover the rocks and maintain circulation. Save some salt and work.
