Getting the right notification

Hello, I have a question:

I have a limited time to answer/read forums and when I receive notification I want it to be very specific where its a "need of my intervention"

I rely a lot on notification to be updated on the thread I post so I can answer any question or people who quote me or anything that is directed to me.

I often see giveaway, polls, etc... but those kinds of stuff is not linked to my user and I would like to not be notified if possible.

I receive notification when people "like" my post, this kind of stuff is something I would like to be turn off but I can't find the right parameter of notification, there is so much of them I'm lost.

I try a couple things but it's never the right thing. So right now i'm trying to turn off those "likes", Giveaway, polls.

And I notice I missed a lot of messages also by people who reply to me thread which I want a notification!

Which one is which because so far its not fully working for me

Specifically, the "Receive a notification when someone…" section.

But there's an additional layer to the "replies to thread" alert, as you will only get the alert once, until you actually read the thread. If you don't read the thread after the first alert, you will not get additional alerts for additional posts to the thread.

Those are known as reactions, so "Reacts to your message".
