Is every reactor a gfo, carbon safe? Or is there curtain ones. I'm buying a used reactor. I'm curious why he said it's a gfo reactor.

Carbon can be put in any reactor, gfo needs to slightly tumble on top so it needs to be down to up flow with enough to make it tumble.
