GFO TLF 150 Flush question

When you first flush the gfo using tank water, Two little fishy has a sponge on top , am i suppose to use the sponge while flushing or not ? someone tell ? i used it with the sponge on top, and didnt see any dirty water come out

You use the sponge to keep the GFO in the reactor. The dust will pass thru it if there is any. If your GFO was clean then thats why you didnt see any rust colored water
