So my 90 g tank is very lightly stocked, i have a blue dot puffer, clown, blenny for fish. For corals i have hammer and torch, also i have a bubble tip nem. If i run litte less (by less meaning carbon should be .69 cups and gfo at 1.72 cups and im running 1/2 cup each) then recommended gfo and carbon would that be good enough for my nutrient export. And i will also be putting my skimmer back online once i build a stand for it.

Last time i test 2 days ago it was .1ppm

I would not go much lower with the corals you have

.1 is pretty low to me. GFO will probably removal all po4 in a couple days.
