If green hair algae takes up all the nitrate will this cause dinos do I need to dose no3? If I dose more nitrate then the algae will grow more how should I handle this? Reef flux manual removal ?

I would actually work on getting rid of the GHA. Trying to chase numbers, usually, ends up with bigger issues. I would remove as much GHA as possible by hand and then use Reef Flux to get rid of the rest. Then you will need to look into what caused the GHA. :)

Just done this today let’s see if it works

You do not just get dinos because you have low nitrate... there are other reasons for this mostly involving a sterile tank.
