GHA CUC Help

My tank has been cycling for just over a week and Im beginning to see what i believe is spots of GHA growing on my LR. What is the best CUC to add to help clean up?

Don't add any CUC until the cycle has finished - 0 ammonia. Turn lights off if you have them on. You can manually remove it to help when you do put the CUC in. Turbo snails are good for algae. Depending on size of the tank, a Foxface is also great for eating GHA.

and dont be afraid to use a tooth brush. If you mow it down theyll keep it down.

do you use the tooth brush in the aquarium or remove the rock and do it in a bucket?

In the aquarium. If its real bad out and I use a small amount of hydrogen peroxide in the scrub water. Peroxide is reef safe in low doses.

This is just part of the cycle. I wouldn't worry too much until cycling is complete.
