My tank has been cycling for six weeks now and had finally tested zero ammonia and nitrites. I started with old dead sand and bleached old livecock from previous tank and used a shrimp to get things going.
Ive never had gha so bad before at the cycle but Also never started from scratch either.
Is this just part of the uglies or looks like something worse? I threw in some phosguard pellets to take out any leaching phosphates as I was registering some.
