What’s the best way to get GHA off of the coral base? I’m doing a upgrade so I’m gonna rip clean my rocks of GHA. I have a little bit of some of the coral bases, what is the honest way to get it off the coral base? Thank you!

I used to do zoa dips with h2o2. But for my microlords just use the q tip dipped in hydrogen peroxide and apply to base for how long?H2O2 applied with a Qtip or small brush?
Couple minutes should suffice I would think.I used to do zoa dips with h2o2. But for my microlords just use the q tip dipped in hydrogen peroxide and apply to base for how long?
Just to clarify for my knowledge, any coral not a zoa is just getting qtip scrubbed for a few minutes (not dipped)Couple minutes should suffice I would think.
You're talking about the plug and the skeleton, not the polyps, right?Just to clarify for my knowledge, any coral not a zoa is just getting qtip scrubbed for a few minutes (not dipped)
Correct, just on the skeleton portion. I removed all old frag plugs and discs. The only GHA was on the skeleton of corals That I left on frag plugs or discs (never again). Thanks for your help. Got it all cleaned up and in the tank. You're talking about the plug and the skeleton, not the polyps, right?
