GHA or Lyngbya ?? Please help

I have algae problem like this photos
Its already 2 month like this
Some people said its GHA some people said its lyngbya
I already dose flux but have no result
Need your advice what this creature and what i should to do?

GHA, green hair algae, is green unless totally covered with some other alga. If this photo was taken under white light, this is probably not GHA. The filaments or hair of this organism seem to be very thin, which leads me to think this growth is a cyanobacteria or cyanobacteria infested hair algae, rather than just an alga.

Can you view this stuff under a microscope?

Looks like dead GHA or could be lyngbya.
Seeing no coral on this rock, I would place it in a container of tank water and pull off as much as you can by hand and scrub the rest with a firm toothbrush and some 3% hydrogen peroxide.
Return to tank, reduce white light intensity and number of hours of white lighting and add some snails such as :
Astrea
cerith
turbo grazer
trochus

A Pencil urchin

8-10 Caribbean blue leg hermits

Are you using RODI water or tap water from the faucet ?
What is your phosphate level?
Is tank at or near a window?

if i turn on white light, that algae colour is green
What different algae and cyano if observe under microscope?

Yes, im already put off my scaping rock and brush manualy without h2o2
After 24 hours, that algae still return
Im use rodi water, my tank isnt near from windows
But i not check yet my po4 level, maybe next week im buying test kit

From my information above, do you think its gha or lyngbya bro ?
