GHA & red cyanobacteria taking over my tank need help.

ill start with my setup

25 lagoon
AI Prime
mp-10
random flow nozzles
IM desktop skimmer for 25 lagoon
testing is as follow's

Nitrate 0-2
calcium 410
alk 9.5
salinity 1.026
phosphate 0.19

livestock
Midas blenny
clowns fish
YWG & pistol shrimp pair
green dragonet
3-4 turbos

the nitrate & calcium are Salifert - alk & phosphate is with a Hanna checker. I do weekly 5 gal water changes i buy pre mixed instant ocean salt water from reputable LFS.
About a month ago I noticed GHA starting on my rock work I removed it as I could. Then it seemed to take over one piece of rock over night. The Cyanobacteria has came & gone for awhile now. I recently defeated Dino's & tank looked great for a month or 2 then the GHA & cyano started showing back up. my tank msotly has euphyllia's & acans some seem happy still but i have lost a couple heads of euphyllia. If anybody has any tips to help me battel this please let me know. I will post pictures of the tank in the post after this from my phone.

I have been in your shoes! Here’s what worked for me:
I upgraded to a new tank using LS, LR and LW. (Fish, lps, sps, nems, cuc, refugium). The young tank was stuck in a terrible cycle of dinos, cyano, gha...repeat.
No matter how often I manually removed gha, siphoned cyano & dinos, added cuc, tweaked feeding schedule, added macro to refugium, the gha was winning.
The tank was embarrassing how bad it looked for my efforts.
I was tempted to try H2o2, but glad I didn’t. Instead, I read an article by Algae Barn on how pods will clean up an aquarium. So I tried it.
I seeded the tank with various pods every 2wks and started dosing phyto EVERY day.
I continued regular wc and lite scrubbing. Within 1 month the algae was thinner!
After 2 months, my 280 gal eyesore has 0% gha, 0% dinos and a tiny bit of cyano in fuge. I’m now dosing phyto a couple times a week and will randomly reseed pods just to be safe.
Pods really do clean up a tank! My tank looks great now!
I wish another member would have given me this advice. You got this!
