It grows where my tangs can not touch and cover on chaeto.

Wow. As soon as I enlarged the picture my Mexican Turbo Snails started doing back flips in the tank behind me. That is what I call, "!@#$%&". With that said its hair algae. It can really take off if you have an over abundance of left over food in the tank and a heavy light cycle. My large Mexican snails love that stuff and will lick the plate (tank) clean. I'm not sure how bad it is in your tank versus the size yet I would look into a couple snails or a tuxedo urchin sooner than later.

No, not serious. Just a little somewhere my tangs can not touch and covers my chaeto in refugium.

Khanh (CON?),...personally the treatment chemicals for algae I would stay away from. At least until you have tried everything else and/or you get ready to take the tank down cause you cant take it anymore. Cleanup crew in particular the Mexican Turbo snails are grazers and will take care of it (if they can get to it).

The main tank is clean. The problem is from refugium, my chaeto can not grow

If it covers the Chaeto, that could indicate that the Chaeto is not healthy.

Be careful with algaecides. They might harm macro algae, though I have no experience with Flux.
