why is my dosing tube on my one pump keep popping off? it pumps like 6 rotations then pops off

Ahh, context.
So the reagent line pops off the pump exit going to KHD?
Is this a brand new KHD/issue, or was this working before and just started?

brand new trying to set it up now
the line that pumps into the KH pops off

hey mate,
were you able to resolve this issue? i am facing the same problem with my new GHL KHD. i am setting it up and the reagent line pops off at the connector bw doser head to KHD. it has happened 5 times now. :/

This indicate that there is a stop somewhere in the inlet. The pressure build up and the tube pops off. I would make a ticket or follow post 6

Thanks for replying.
It was popping off while priming the line. I disconnected the KHD end and primed it while holding that end.
In the next step of set-up, 'vent internal reagent tubing', khd sucked up some reagent without issues.
But now the ph probe comp fitting is leaking.
This GHL app is so frustrating. Keeps timing out every few seconds and going unresponsive.
Last night it stopped responding at 'flush measurement cell' step. The sample dosing head kept adding water and it kept leaking from phprobe housing.
What a horrendous experience!

I´m normally use GCC and USB cable at the first set up - never have run into problems like this. Why the pH probe fitting leaks in a new KHD can be of two reasons - there is a fault in your KHD or you have done some wrong with the set up. I always place the rubber fitting inside the holder and put in the electrode after that. Tight with hand (hard). In a new set up - it has always worked for me. With an old rubber fitting - I carefully use a tool for tightening. Very carefully - it is plastic thread.

Sincerely Lasse
