No. You would only need to connect the USB if you wanted to change schedule or manually dose the pump.

Hi!
I have the Doser 2.1
For some reason the built in WiFI does not appear on the network
I have to use the usb to program it.
I can’t even get it to connect to my WiFi via the control center.
When I first started the Doser I was able to see the doser’s built in WiFi but not anymore.
Not sure why and what to do about it.
The Doser works very well but I could only do it through usb.
Any suggestions are most welcome.
