GHL 2.1 fittings help

I finally got my GHL 2.1 dosing pump in last week. It came with some cheap, plastic slip on type connectors. I have everything hooked up and good to go for a few days. Last night I noticed 3 air bubbles in the line at the fittings. 1 pump at the suction side, 2 pumps at the pump out side. I pressed the fittings together with my fingers to make sure they were tight. Used the manual dosing to see if they moved down the line but, they didn’t. Could it be the cheap fittings? I have searched and searched for plastic barbed fittings that work for the 2mm to 4mm id lines that they suggest. Anyone know where I can find some?
