Having this doser delivered this weekend. I watched through some of the setup videos online, but I'm wondering additionally am I able to set the schedule so that it doses multiple times during a set period of time during the day? If I want to dose a product 2mL per hour for 7-8 hours each day will the pump allow me to do this? Or is it divided doses throughout a 24 hour period?

It will dose as you indicated. The schedule is very flexible. One I have set to dose 5ml every hour, but only from 1:00am thru 5:00am. Others I have set to dose "X" amount over the course of 24hr. 2 of the heads are use in conjunction with the KHD to auto adjust 2 part to maintain Alkalinity & Calcium.

Perfect. Thanks!! I'll simply follow the guided videos online for setup and connecting wireless and hopefully ill be good to go this weekend!!

Thank you. Id like to dose all for reef from 9AM to 8PM or so. Appreciate your response.

Here is the schedule for 5ml once per hour and only from 1:00am thru 5:00am for a total of 25ml over 5 hours.

Looks good! I set mine up this morning with the individual scheduling and 8 programmed times for the day.

I had a question on pump calibration. I flushed the air out of my new tubing and then calibrated the pump over a scale with the pump on set speed 2 for 20ml/min. At the end of 1 minute the scale measured 18.5 grams of RODI water. The doser is a tad short of hitting the full 20g or 20mL of water that I would expect. After the calibration button is pressed it didn't look like there is a place to tell the program what the actual volume was. (This is on the app, unless I have to do this through GCC).

Side note: I'm using this tubing for the doser. Is there something better that I should be using?

Another Q: Is there a way to access the GHL app when we're away from our home network? My app will fail to connect unless at home.

You should put that 18.5 grams (or ml) into the "Flowrate of the pump" after the calibration. I will do a few more times and take average to be more accurate. And don't forget to save.

Can you guys share how you are liking this Doser? I am in the market for a new one.

Thanks in advance..

After a learning period with the software its set and forget. And the doser itself is great. Plus its so quiet.

Thanks. I appreciate it.
No problem. If you do get one and have questions I'd be glad to answer what I can as far as initial setup goes. You will need a pc to connect it to via USB to access their program for the initial part.
