Ghl app "glitched?" And cleared all assigned devices

My ghl app devices all dissappear from my app. Computer connects via USB and some settings were reset on my computer such as adaptive settings were off.

The system setting still connect to wifi with green light but won't connect without the USB.

I'm manually adaptive adjusting the ml of alk added atm .

When I try to assign device it does not connect. I'm not sure if it's the ip address I'm using is correct .

I am sure if the settings were reset or something during this weird incident.

Not sure why it would reset ? With no alterations to the program

I managed to figure this out. There was something that happened where the app reset. And the computer usb connection worked , wifi connected to ghl. The issue was that when I added the ip address into the existing profilux the ip did work. Even though it's been saved and not changed on a year since set up.

I did the Power cycles and tried every way of adding a new ghl profilux cloud.

I finally was so fed up I remember we had issues with ip address connection a year ago. I changed the ip address and re setup set up all the settings on the computer usb linked ghl. Then power cycled .

When I connected again the ip address I assigned my access mode was replaced and I added the new ip address for my app version when adding devices. This solved everything and loaded all my settings. The settings had to all be re entered

So if your profilux is not connecting

What I did

1) Make sure ip address are correct between usb Computer ghl connect on windows . Go to ghl system communications and look at the client access point info. Make sure the ip adesss on the app connectiob matches the ip address assigned on client access on the compuer. If not change the access point ip address to one that is correct and make sure it's not the same as the wifi ip under the client wifi settings

2) save the new ip address using the computer

3) power Cycle

4) add new existing device to app . (There was no devices on mh ghl loaded bad to do this by add decice. Then setup existing device.

5) re enter the new ip address and all settings on the access Pont EXACTLY as it is on the computer system communication settings.

6) save ip settings
7) try the app cloud with no wifi just your data.
