IMPORTANT NOTE: Our Company is closed for company vacation from 21. July until 05. Aug. 2018. In this time no orders, tickets or emails can be processed, during this time are also no deliveries, no incoming shipments can be received, support forums will only be checked occasionally. We kindly ask you for patience until our summer vacation ended.

That's the German HQ.

Yes, the PTO request for the website was declined.

The HQ in Germany will be closed, however US operations will continue to operate as normal, however during this time we will not be receiving additional shipments from Germany due to their closure.

Any word on the maxi dosers eta before the Germans took off for vaca? I assume there won't be another preorder and we will have to wait till you all recieve the units before we can purchase?

I have not heard, and quite honestly did not ask either. But generally speaking, they'll let us know once they are ready to ship, or something of importance is ready.
I doubt we'll do another pre-order. will just become available for purchase once in transit with a delivery date set.
