I’m trying to setup the ghl app. I enter my log in information and it accepts it. However when I get to the page that says cloud storage and has the paragraph beginning with by activating. At the bottom it has back and next box at the bottom. However it only allows me to select the back button. However the next box is not highlighted. What am I doing wrong.

No I just have a doser connected to WiFi. I just wanted to make changes thru my cell phone thru the app. So I’m trying to set the app up on my cell phone.

This is what I’m seeing. The next box is not highlighted so I can’t select it.
The other box just sends me back to the previous page.

Okay I got the app to work some what. It has located my doser. It has my dosers id number. However it fails to connect. This is what’s being displayed. I have the doser logged into my GHL forum and I can control the device from my iPad. What am I missing?

On your doser you’ll need to switch on the ghl cloud with permission to mess with it. I just went through this yesterday lol
Then it’ll ask you for a pin or something and you’ll need it from the doser page as well

I'm trying to figure out why when I hit manual override and turn my skimmer off after about 20 seconds it turns itself back on. The state is set on filter 1 for when I run feed or maintenance mode but didn't stay off. One thing I liked about apex was the ability to manually turn outlets off without issue

The manual override turn off when any other task is performed or session is ended or refreshed (F5) .
Maybe for security reasons to not forget to restart something that was turned off.
If you wanna to set the skimmer off for feed or maintenance then better to hit the Feed or Maintenance button.

So what do I need to do to turn it off manually if I want it to stay off just switch it to always off?

Yes, you are correct.
The manual override feature is for short-term use or for test purposes. When the connection to the controller is closed, everything goes back to its normal state for safety reasons. We do this to prevent users from forgetting that they left their equipment OFF or ON if they walk away. It helps prevent scenarios like forgetting to turn your return pump back on.
