I could really use your help. I am a fairly new owner over the past few months of a ProfiLux 4e controller. Thus far I love it and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s been working fabulously until today. I went into my GHL phone app and could not connect to login into it. I also tried logging into www.myGHL.com online on my Mac and PC and got the following error indicated in the attached photo. My ProfiLux 4e is still working—and when I mean working I mean it still reads the ph, temp, etc. as well as operating as expected. I did notice the "MyGHL" icon on the ProfiLux display screen is currently blinking. I also logged into my home network to make sure it‘s still connected to the internet and it is. Please help.

The My GHL should stop blinking in a couple of minutes. If this does not work check you routers connection with Internet and the connection between 4e and your router
