GHL control center not connecting to profilux 4

First of all, I'm computer illiterate so a lot of what I'm seeing and talking about, I haven't the slightest clue what it means. Anyway I have the control center downloaded and I am trying to connect the Profilux 4 but its not connecting. I will post pics of what I am seeing when I select edit from the window. Any help would be appreciated.

I somehow found out that windows didn't download the correct driver so I corrected that. Still no luck though.

Yeah that's the page I found and how I installed the new driver. I have followed all those steps as well but it still doesn't connect.

Can you share with us what you "figured out". I'm in the exact same boat.

Windows did not load the correct driver. I followed the video to update the driver (3x actually) but it's still not loading.

Sorry man, since IT is not my field, I can’t remember what I did.

Post up your issue on here and they will come through for you. That’s the only way I was able to get it done
