GHL Doser 2.1 replacement screws?

I was maintenance the doser heads on my doser 2.1 and I lost one of the tiny front screws in the process. Ive been searching in the carpet for the last twenty minutes. Is my only option to buy a complete replacement head kit?

I’d take one of the screws to a hardware store. I’m almost positive that they’d be able to find something that worked. Good luck!
