Hey everyone,
Looking for some help and can't find anything online. I Bought a 4 month old Doser 2.1 SA and while I was setting it up (I was able to connect through the app and everything) I decided to set a Pin. After I logged out, I couldn't access the doser and I received a message stating I had entered the incorrect PIN. No matter what PIN I try, it doesn't work. The previous ownder did not set a PIN for the doser.
I have tried flashing the doser with the built in GCC tools and that didn't help. Tried to downgrade to the previous version of firmware, and that also did nothing.
Anyone have any ideas? I have a ticket open with GHL, but thought I would try to get a jump on this problem as I now have a $400 brick sitting around until I can get this resolved.
