GHL doser 2 questions

I have a doser 2 that i sold, person said it wasn’t working so did an update and he said it still was not working. Now that i received it back it is flashing red/ yellow. I’m wondering if anyone has had this issue and couple point me in the right direction.

The unit was new never used and working when I plugged in to test it about 6 months ago. It blink white then turn blue. The pumps all worked and now they don’t.

I know you said you did an update but did you download the newest control center software? When I went to change some settings on my doser 2 I had to download the current software before I could make any changes.

I just downloaded the software but cannot get the unit to connect. Any tips or tricks with that would be awesome.

After I installed it, I just hit connect in the software and it worked.

It’s connected but won’t do any updates. Keep getting this error message.

Have you tried emailing Vinny directly at [email protected] ?

he's usually very responsive. I had similar issues.

I had to install the latest version of GCC. Delete my old connection. Add a new connection wired via USB. Update firmware while connected USB. Then set up the wireless connections including a new myGHL

That error will pop up if the correct USBVCOM com number was not selected.

You need to make sure you are selecting the correct number based on the COM number you see in your device manager.
