Ghl Doser 2 setup. Help!

Just purchased a ghl doser 2 used off a fellow hobbyist. When I attempt to connect to it via USB in their control center it causes an error. Does anyone know the cause of this? If so, please lmk!

How do you update the firmware on the doser if it won't connect through usb?

Try another usb port on your PC?

Is it a stand alone doser?

You may need to go into the device manager to see which com port it's using and then change to that com port.

Wait till you try wifi or tcp/ip setup. It isn't much better. This is a great pump but the software leaves some to be desired.

Yes it is standalone, I've downloaded the latest version of GCC ( Version 1.1.0.3)

Check the device manager to see if the driver is installed, if the ghl device is seen by the PC, which com port it is communicating on.

What are your goals with it?

You want to go to the dose overview

You then click on each pump to calibrate and input a dosing amount

No problem. I was just setting up my auto water change pump again. So I had GCC up and running.
