Ghl doser help needed

So I can connect via usb cable but not through myghl app. When I try to link my doser to myghl account it continues to tell me it's not connected. Is there any ghl pros that can help?

This happens to me typically when my phone is not on the wifi? Have you already set up the wifi on the actual doser?

Also make sure the port on the device matches the port in the app.

Same thing happened to me! Connected to pc and updated firmware and could mess around with it on pc, but when I followed video created administrator account and tried to use same ip it kept saying not connecting. On my iPhone it said multiple accounts can’t be simultaneously whatever and whatever but I always disconnected my first log in. I’ve beeen working on it for past 5 hrs cause just got Doser today. It’s killing me.

What color is the ghl splash logo? I believe it needs to be flashing blue or you will never get it to connect.

As an aside, ghl has released a new app called ghl connect which can pretty much do away with myghl.

It's a bit frustrating getting it connected, but when all working, it is a fantastic doser.

They had a couple bad manuals a couple years ago when I bought mine, make sure you have a new one. You can download mine here.

The logo went from white to blue to notify me it’s connected to WiFi plus it downloaded the firmware. I just can’t connect it to my phone or computer over WiFi...idk. I have the manuals and everything plus been looking at how to videos and doing it all correctly it just won’t work.

I agree that's why I bought it. Although the connection through wifi is bugging me.

Yeah I'm not a computer wiz so I'm going nuts. I can build stuff, just not networks. Haha

Flashes white and yellow.

You have connected to your wifi network at your home correct?
Do your doser is on the internet right?
You can use the phone app to access your doser correct?
