Hi Everyone,

I have been trying to use this guide to use my DOSER 2.1 to drip kalkwasser at night (7pm-6am) when the lights are off but also have a pH safety of 8.3 set.

However, after going though the setup guide, above, multiple times I cannot get it to work.
What ends up happening is the "virtual doser" runs but it doesn't trigger the main "kalk doser."
Any suggestions on what is going on and maybe how to fix it?

You would likely need to post screenshots of each setup page.

I followed this guide as well and it works perfectly

Ill do that shortly... I swear its all correct and not working correctly.

When yours works does the main dosing pump use up liquid or does the virtual doser?
Only the virtual doser consumes liquid for me.

Here are all my settings I currently use. Can you see if I made a mistake?

It all looks right. Can you post PH sensor? If nom is above actual then it won’t dose.

I had mine setup for automatic dosing instead of specified dosing (way too lazy to go change that many set points.) It does not say in the guide that it won’t work with individual doses though.

I use a kalk reactor so level monitoring is turned off. I don’t have it setup this way right now since my PH probe had finally drifted too far to be trustworthy (I have PH probe in frag system but that only turns over with main system 1x/hour.) I bought a new probe awhile back back haven’t installed yet.

That should work. I would set hysteresis @ .05

Even with all these settings, the pump doesn't go off at my set time periods. I've checked multiple times.

I’ll try setting mine up on individual dosing schedule tomorrow and see if it doses

Hi,
Can you show your full pH settings?
Some (controller mode) are hidden you need to enable expert mode)

I need to ask - even if it is a silly question - are your doser head configured in the right way - like this

And have you chose the right pump head after this configuration. In your picture of the main kalk doser is it impossible to see which head it is

Sincerely Lasse
