GHL doser won't dose

Recently set up a SA 2.1 Doser. Noticed my Alk & Ca kept going down no matter how often I adjusted dosing rate. Checked by changing dosing time to current time + 1 minute to see if the doser dosed at set time, and it wasn't dosing at all.

Doser seems to respond to manual dose function. Connecting via USB to GHL control center. I also can't seem to connect via wifi, though it worked the first time I set it up. Status light consistent green blinks.

How can I resolve this? Any help would be great. Thanks.

On your pump configurations, make sure to enable the days you’d like to dose, or set to dose every 1 day.

I still can't seem to connect via app / wifi, how do we troubleshoot this?

Checkout our YouTube channel for some tutorials, make sure your Router has 2.4Ghz enabled, maybe play with the band settings, sometimes B/G/N works better than just B, G or N ..

As for app, make sure you're using GHL Connect, that is the current and proper app.

We also have a FB group(if you are on FB), sometimes these issues are quicker resolved there as it's more of a realtime conversation?
