I set up my flow sensor to my uv so I could measure that flow. When I first installed I had it at 240gph. It has drizzled down to 60gph. I haven't changed anything and my return pump is greatly oversized and should not have any issues handling this. Just not sure why my flow dropped so much

How are you controlling the flow? Over along period of time you will have calcium build up in valves. You also probably should check the flow sensor for calcium build up.

The pump has a controller and I have valves on the return line and the line to the uv where my flow sensor is. The pump and flow sensor are brand new

If you open up the gate valve to the UV does it speed up?

Owhat side is the flow sensor before or after the UV?

has the flow sensor off the main pump show any changes also, or it only the One passing though the UV?

Is the settings also correct in flow sensor, within the P4 (should be but wanted to ask anyways)

Did a snail, or other foreign object get pulled in? Have you physically looked for an obstruction? By chance has any other valves on the manifold been opened more? Try turning the pump off for a minute, then see if the flow rate returns.
