Ghl kh director

Does anyone have any dealings with the Ghl kh director cause at the moment I feel like skipping it. It’s doing my head in.
it now won’t take the reagent sample for some reason. I’ve tried everything to get it going but it just doesn’t work. I can only use the app (which is a bloody joke) as I don’t have access to windows. I was so excited to get a new expensive piece of kit but at the moment it’s going back. Please help me.

Do you mind posting more details and possibly screenshots of what you are seeing?

I’m just having so much trouble with it. The reagent pump just turns very slowly when doing a test but if I manually do it then it turns normally. Now the ph reading is 4600 even though I’ve calibrated it twice. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The reagent pump should be turning very slow. Is it set to Speed "0"?
The sample and waste should be set to the fastest speed. Are these set to Speed "3"?
You need to flush the measuring cell, then try a test again. If you don't know how to flush the cell, in the app under KHD, the is a button to flush the cell.
