If only you were local. I helped a buddy of mine who gave up on his khd for a few years. Said he couldn’t get it to work. So when I got mine and had to jump to hoops to get it to work, I offered to help him get his going. And boom. He’s excited that it works correctly. He offered me a few frags so I can’t complain.

I have a funny feeling it has to do with the inside tube. Maybe there was reagent left inside and caused the line to stick.

Ill get a set of TX drivers and open it up. Can I replace that tube or just clean it?

You can gosh. I have an extra. The tube is 6-7 dollars but shipping makes it 13 dollars. You can. I would see if it’s pinched and stay pinched if you squeeze it back into place.

I did move the reagent tube so it was a little more flat, kinda like how yours is.

Did you remove the pinch part and squeeze it back ? It should fit snug when you insert it back in

I did, it fit snug, was hard to get back in there.

there is an option to see if the pinch valve is working correctly. It shouldn’t be too hard to push back in. It’s on the control side though. If you can run a test with the top off and record it and see if if anything comes up. After this, I’m out of ideas other than redoing the setup again. You’re going to be a pro at calibrating this thing

Yeah. It’s like 15 mins. Probably like 1.5 gb. If you can and if you have a gmail account. Upload it to a drive and share or if you have a YT account make it a private video and send a link.

Yeah looks like the line is good. I didn’t see it get pinched flat. Totally out of ideas. I can only speculate air in the reagent line. Can you do a Manual pinch valve test. It’s on the controller side.

I dont see that option in mine.
