Just wanted to update everyone that BRS issued a refund today morning. At least that is what they did for my order.

The anticipation was fun and hopefully everyone (on both sides) got a good laugh out of it.

Edit: No one-time discounts or credits were offered. Just the refund.

Refunded my whole order as well. So now I have to reorder everything minus the doser I threw in the cart just because. No big deal I always assumed that would be the outcome. Hey, it could have been a crazy New Years deal that I didn’t know about, and I could have used another slave doser.
