GHL P4 power cut question

Help from GHL pros please.
I just set up the GHL power monitoring with the adapter using the Lin mon. I followed the steps and directions from Vinny and am wondering if this is normal.
A maintenance mode is flashing power outage, power cut and I can’t stop it. Is this normal or did I do something wrong somehow in the programming?
