I was getting ready to set up my calcium reactor and I didn't realize I needed the blue ph 9.0 solution to calibrate the new ph probe. It's $9 on ghl website and then $15 just for shipping. I've been online and can't find any that is 9.0. Had anyone ever made their own out of anything or have any suggestions

I bought solution that was 10. You can actually change the calibration fluid value when you go through the process. I bought atlas solution on Amazon.

I am so glad I found this post. I was wondering the exact same thing. $15 shipping for a $9 item. Even eBay sellers are trying to charge $14.99 for shipping. Ya no thanks. Thanks to everyone who posted the info confirming we can use any kind of calibration fluid.

Awesome! Thank you for the tip about changing the 9 to a 10. I had no idea.
