Ghl profilux 4 mega set

Hi folks, new on here but need advise.
Recently purchased the p4 mega set because I wish to automate as much as I can in the near future, but having problems.
First of all it took awhile to get wi fi sorted but all connections are now good., connected powerbar 6e to mains and PAB , program either on laptop or phone cannot find any connected device . The power switch light is on but the ghl logo is not illuminated and no other indicators.
Nothing in firmware install PAB
Sent an email and ticket to ghl support but no reply as yet, impatient to finish setting up new toy can anybody assist ? Please

You can use this video to connect the power bar. All devices in the GHL system is consider a PAB device.

Thank you, but unfortunately I have tried this but when you try to assign device it is not found, any other ideas lol

This is all I get on either gcc or ghl conect

If not done already, check to make sure the PAB cables are completely pushed in and secure.

Yes all done, even tried another one as I got some extra PAB cables

Also tried connecting in different PAB connections on both p4 and 6e

Maybe try cycling power to the P4 and 6E?

I will work something up just Pm me an we can get it set up. You are missing a step.
An this is a brand new set not purchased from someone else. As that causes other problems.

Love GHL! From my Mitras to the dosers. Look at the GHL support forum on the GHL site and this one.
Try the GHL app on your phone to connect directly to the hot spot you set up for your controller.

Tried all of that, support forum will not let me post as my registration is not complete as when trying to verify the link supplied does not work, and if I do the request to re send it then doesn't recognize my e mail or username. Beginning to think this purchase was a mistake

I agree, steep learning curve until the You Tube videos walk you through it a few times.

Watched the videos, read posts, still to no avail. Ah well too tired now so see what tomorrow brings, thank you to all that have tried to help

Yes it is brand new

Make a call to Vinny on Monday and walk through the steps he lays out. If that does not work it simply means you got a dud power bar! It sucks but it happens and I am pretty sure he will ship out a new one within a couple of days.
