GHL Profilux 4 time slows down

Hi Reefers,
I am using profilux4 for the first time. Seeing that the time slows down every time I open the app. When I press local time, it gets updated and then stays there.. I can see that time is fixed in the app and not moving..

Any input how to address this issue. The unit is connected to wifi and internet. I don't understand why the internal clock is not working either. It's pretty basic.
