On switch channel that correspond to your skimmer on the channel set the blackout delay to 30mn

Blackout delay is for when power is restored... not the switch channel through programming, but like you asked, main power, to the power bar. :)

The blackout is great for coming back on after a powercut, however you can also use programmable logic, I use it so that if a level sensor reads water level high in my sump, it turns the skimmer off, it then combine this program with programmable channel with a delayed on, that you can set for any lenght. In mine below logic 13 and 14 show this delay. Then you simply assign the socket that your skimmer is using to the appropriate programmable logic number.

That would be great. Only problem is i would need a third level sensor. I already use two for my auto water changes.

I also had it with programmable logic but last week decided to use the ATO Fill Water Only function with a level sensor. Simple and works like a charm [emoji4]

My Programmable Logic instructions did not require any level sensor. However, the skimmer would only turn off (and than delay on) on maintenance .

I went with the level sensor because I wanted the skimmer to turn off every time the water level in the sump rises for any other reason as well. Now the delay function is not so important given that I know the skimmer will only start after the water level in the sump reaches the correct level.
