GHL windows control center wifi not connection

For some reason, my control center windows app cleared my connection list. Not sure why this happened, maybe a windows update? Anyways I can use GCC to connect with USB but it will not connect with WIFI. I can use my cell phone app and the webserver to login from my PC. Any ideas how to fix GCC wifi login?

Make sure you have the correct IP address for the device entered into the GCC connection.
This is going to be the same IP address that you have entered in the app connection setting for the device.

After that has been entered. Restart GCC and connect.

It randomly started working again today. I didn't change anything. I definitely had the correct IP address because at the time i could log into the web interface through chrome with IP address.
