"Ghost"-alarm on Neptune Apex

Hi Reefers,

After removing a flow sensor from my system, I keep receiving a "low flow" alarm (from previous programming). Below is a copy of my "base_email" programming:

How do I make this go away?

Set OFF
Fallback ON
If LEAK_1 CLOSED Then ON
If LEAK_2 CLOSED Then ON
If LEAK_3 CLOSED Then ON
If LEAK_4 CLOSED Then ON
If LEAK_5 CLOSED Then ON
If Tmp > 27.2 Then ON
If pH > 8.50 Then ON
If ORP > 440 Then ON
If Output RETURN_PUMP = OFF Then ON
If Output SKIMMER Watts < 1 Then ON
If ATO_HI CLOSED Then ON
If RO_HI CLOSED Then ON

Have you tried turning it off then back on (i.e. the whole system)

Yeah, restarted it a couple of times in frustrations because I could not find the source of the alarm!

Did you unplug the EBB as well?

That I did not do... The EBB is the apex main unit itself?

Additionally, any programming behind your return pump? Did you try turning the alarm slider from 'auto' to 'off' then back to 'auto'

The EBB is basically the thing you plug the cords into

That I did try with no luck!

When i turn to off, the alarm goes away allright.

Only this programming behind my return pump:

Fallback ON
Set ON
If LEAK_1 CLOSED Then OFF

So the EB632? The energy bar?

Got four of those plugged in; none of which has had anything to do with the flow meter (was plugged in to a FMM module).

Will give them a hard restart tomorrow one by one (terrifying!)

Either there has to be that line of code 'somewhere' or there is another problem with the unit IMHO. When I was using an Apex, I did not have a good experience with the alarms (and it was not my programming).

At this point, it might very well be a ticket for an expert! I am just about to give up; I have checked the coding for absolutely every outlet i have whether EB632, 12v, 24v - the lot!
