QTing my fish and going fallow to deal with some ich that popped up. I'm over a week into the fallow period and now that there is no wrasse in my tank the ghost flatworm population is exploding. Any suggestions on controlling? Or just let them multiply for my fish to have a feast when they return?

The ghost flatworms specifically are pretty readily consumed by a lot of different fish we keep. They probably won't harm anything and offer free fish food when you add fish back to the tank
