Hi.
I'm currently building a corner pentagon aquarium. I plan to add an 18" Reef Savvy ghost overflow to the left back pane. The back panes are each 36"long x 24"tall. My question is , where should I position the overflow box (as far back as possible, middle, etc.)?

1. Where you cannot see it.
2. Where you can reach it.
3. On your good side lefty or righty.

Just got done a couple months ago. I probably should have done a build thread. I may start a new thread & post the pics. Here's the end result, still going through the ugly tank phase.

I like your tank. Looks like it turned out well. How many gallons is it? Is it glass or acrylic?

The reason I ask is because I’m thinking of getting a similar tank myself. May I ask who made the tank and stand and where you got it from?

The tank was built by CustomAquariums.com they were the cheapest. They did a nice job, but I'm not impressed with the way they sealed the bottom of the tank and between the top trim and glass. Structurally, it's fine. Aesthetically, it's a little uneven. The bottom is covered with sand, so you can't see it anyway. For what it's worth, I'd use them again. I'd just tell them I expect a better job on the silicone.

I built the stand & canopy myself, although they can do that too for an additional fee.

I made a post last night with pics: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/custom-corner-tank-build-diy-w-pics.550536/
