Ghostly creature

Hello,

This critter comes out at night and looks like a reflection of light as it lively swims similar to a fish at one spot going up and down and darts away real fast when i turn on the lights to see it. Then i saw it sitting still on a rock. Ill try to get a video on it next time i see it. But heres the picture. Anyone know what it is? A little blurry as it was dark and difficult to focus the camera.

looking a bit shrimp shaped in that photo but you're definitely gonna have to get a better picture.

It won't work well for pictures but most critters in tanks don't recognize red light as light at all. If you can get a filter to toss over a flash light you may be able to get a better look for yourself.
