I'm not too exactly sure what this is The shell looks a little small, kind of looks like a slug but I honestly have no idea. I'm wondering if I got a freebie cleanup crew and should put it in the tank or if it's something I should get rid of.

That looks like a stomatella snail. They are very beneficial clean-up crew

Stomatella snail. Plop it into your tank. It’s really entertaining watching them speed through your rockwork and glass.
