OK got the new light installed , downloaded the software, searched for Bluetooth connection(this is were it goes down hill) The PC picked up the light asked to pair clicked pair and tat was last time to get the light to show up in the menu. Anyone have ideas ???
 
I imagine there's got to be a way to reset it somehow. I don't have one of those lights so I'm not sure but I thought maybe there's a way to reset it like most other stuff that's Bluetooth.
 
Hmmm, mine PC didn't ask to pair it. I just connected directly with the software. Maybe try unpair / disconnect from the bluetooth and reboot. If it asks to pair on the restart cancel that and try with the software.

It will not give me option to unpair, as it no longer shows up in the PC or the software..:(

What Bluetooth are you using ? I am using the one built into the motherboard..

Same here. When I first set the light up I thought I needed to enable the bluetooth on the computer so I opened it and saw that it was already on and the light was showing...it never prompted me to do anything.

Have you tried removing the software and reinstalling? I assume you're using the Futura version?

Removed software and reinstalled. What is funny is the Futura software will find my IPhone but not the light
 
I've had that happen several times and had to click the reconnect or connect button a couple of times before it found it.
 
OK gave up on the PC connect. Giesemann got back with me fast response from their customer service + Went and bought an Android tablet and it connected. Thanks to everyone that was giving ideas..
 
Here is what I got back from Giesemann just incase this helps anyone else:

What to do if there is no Bluetooth connection to the fixture under Windows?
Quick installation info
1. First, remove any existing Bluetooth devices via Start -> Devices and Printers (or -> Control Panel -> Devices and Printers) or directly via the Bluetooth icon
in the toolbar next to the clock from the Bluetooth environment
2. If necessary, remove existing BT devices (TEszla BT interface or FUTURA)
3. close all running programs
4. disconnect the fixture from the mains
5. Then necessarily restart the computer again
6. Now turn on the fixture again, by connecting the power supply to the mains
7. start the Giesemann software (FuturaBT, MATRIXX BT, etc….)
8. click on CONNECT
9. then select the search dialog the desired light, then "connect"
10. Shortly thereafter a Windows message appears at the bottom of the screen "Connecting via a Bluetooth device is made": Click on this message!
11. The following Windows messages confirm the successful connection: "…with this unit is complete," "Device added successfully"
12. Finally, the Giesemann software prompts: "Connected to TESZLA BT Interface/FUTURA……."
13. Please do not forget to disconnect after having finished your settings, before closing the program:
