Giesemann Infinity endcaps for t5

I bought a giesemann infinity on here a while ago and while shipping the end caps for the t5 broke on one side. i'm starting a lil nano tank and want to try this light out but need to fix the end caps. does anyone know where i'll be able to get the repair pairs for it tia
