Giesemann Vervve - Force a "master" into "slave" mode?

Hello all.

I ended up picking up a bunch of Vervve's during BRS's Black Friday sale - waaaay too good of a deal to pass up on. Anyway the way it worked out the Masters were actually cheaper than the slaves, so I bought 4 of those. I am hoping I can force the other masters into slaves instead of needing to control them all individually. Anyone tried this and know how to do it?

You set the masters that you want as slaves all with the same PAN id as the master and give them each a corresponding slave ID.
