I have a 2 year old tank with Teszla lights
depth of water 23" lights 10" above water level
6' long 19" wide about 130 US gallons 500 litres
At the moment settings for lights are
white at 60% peak
both Blues peak at 95% for 3 hours down to 70%
Is this about right what do other members do advice please

Unfortunately I have no experience with those lights, but hopefully a member who does will chime in :)

Welcome to R2R!!! There are a few lighting experts here that may be able to help. We're glad you're here!

So many factors come into play... Reflector construction (material, reflector), wattage, age of lamps and on and on. I will say Tesla's induction fluorescent lamps can potentially last much longer that conventional fluorescents (due to lack of electrode degradation, sputtering, etc.) A PAR meter would be an excellent investment.
